Radar Concessioni is an information service that collects and reworks data from public sources (the Italian Official Gazette, tender portals and institutional websites of municipalities and regions) about tenders for state-owned property concessions (maritime and lake) and the related public procedures. The information is informational in nature and does not replace the official tender notice, nor does it constitute legal or administrative advice. Before taking decisions, always check the official documents of the competent municipality.
Radar Concessioni is a private and independent service: it is not affiliated with, connected to, sponsored or authorised by any municipality, region, Port System Authority, ministry or other public body or authority; references to bodies and procedures are for identification only. The data comes from public sources that may be re-used under Italian Legislative Decree 200/2021 (Directive (EU) 2019/1024) and, where released under an open licence (e.g. Creative Commons CC-BY, Italian Open Data Licence – IODL), in compliance with its terms. The texts of official acts of the State and of public administrations are excluded from copyright (art. 5, Italian Law 633/1941); annexes, reports and other works by third parties published together with those acts remain subject to the rights of their authors.
The “Radar Concessioni” and “BeachStake” trademarks, the logos, texts, graphics and software of the website belong to Bellucci Srl or are used under licence. Data from public sources remains attributable to the respective official sources, which are always cited. Unauthorised reproduction of the processed content and of the structure of the service is prohibited.
Bellucci Srl keeps the data up to date with diligence, but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or absence of errors and is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the service's information. The website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. official sources): Bellucci Srl is not liable for their content. Within the limits of the law and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 Italian Civil Code) and the mandatory rights of consumers (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005), the liability of Bellucci Srl remains limited as stated above and in the Subscription terms.
Subscriptions and services are provided and invoiced by Bellucci Srl. The economic and contractual terms are set out in the Subscription terms. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy notice.
