Questions about Piece of Italy

Coverage, information, subscriptions and professional support for international investors.

What does Piece of Italy do?

Piece of Italy helps operators, investors and advisers assess Italian coastal and lakeside concession tenders. We organise the procedures we monitor into structured records and English investor summaries, with the available sources and review dates.

Where does the data come from?

Tender information comes from municipal registers of official acts (albo pretorio), tender portals and other official sources. Available links identify the authorities’ document pages. Before applying, verify the original notice, annexes, corrections and deadlines with the relevant authority.

How current is it?

We schedule source checks every night. New procedures and analyses are published after approval. Source-check, publication and analysis-review dates identify different stages. Changes may take time to detect and verify; the latest source check does not mean that every analysis has been revised.

What do I get if I subscribe?

Within your plan’s coverage, you can review the recorded tender status, available bid deadlines, award criteria, concession term and financial information. Countdowns are shown for confirmed deadlines. Published analyses and links to official document pages are available where recorded. See plans and pricing.

What information is available in English?

English investor summaries are built from the procedure’s recorded information and identify missing details. Supporting analysis may be machine-translated from an approved Italian Pro page: those translations are labelled and dated, including a warning if the Italian original has since changed. The original official documents remain in Italian.

Is the municipality analysis available in English?

English municipality profiles include available figures and sourced facts. Detailed territorial analysis remains in Italian where no English version is available. Our team can help interpret the information under a separate advisory engagement.

How do I access the official documents?

Piece of Italy provides available links to the authorities’ pages containing the official documents; it does not host customer downloads of those acts. The documents remain in Italian. The relevant Pro plan is required for these source links, except for the sample Pro page. You can request separate advisory support to interpret them.

Can an international business participate?

Eligibility depends on the individual procedure and the applicable rules. Before preparing a bid, check the requirements for your business, the documents to submit and the submission process. Our advisory service can assess these points with you under a separate engagement; on the All Italy plan, an eligibility check on one tender a year is included.

Which part of Italy is covered?

We monitor sources for coastal and lakeside municipalities across Italy. The public catalogue of municipality pages and published procedures is distinct from the full set of sources being monitored. Explore regional coverage or contact us about a particular area.

How do I cancel?

Cancel future renewals from your account under “Manage subscription and invoices”. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If you cannot find the subscription controls, contact our team.

What can I read with a free account?

A free account opens the two full sample Pro pages, Venice and Rimini. All other procedures, closed ones included, with their analyses and document-source links, require the appropriate Pro plan.

Report an error in the data

If you found something wrong in a Pro page, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed. You do not need to buy any advisory service: it is service support, included in the subscription.
