Billing, plainly
- Prices include VAT
- The one-off unlock fee is paid once, with the first month, and stays valid while your subscription is active
- You can stop the monthly subscription at any time. What you have paid stays paid: there are no refunds
- Stop and come back within 12 months of paying the unlock fee: you do not pay it again for the same plan or a lower one
- Move up from One region to All of Italy: you pay the difference between the two unlock fees, at the prices in force
Support from our Italian partner firm is not included in any plan: scope and fees are agreed separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop the monthly subscription at any time. What you have paid stays paid: there are no refunds.
Can I switch plan?
Moving up from One region to All of Italy, you pay the difference between the two unlock fees at the prices in force. Moving down recovers nothing.
Does One region include lakes?
No. Lake regions are only included in All of Italy.
Does One region cover a single town?
No. It covers every coastal tender we detect in the whole region.
Is partner support included?
No. Our Italian partner firm agrees scope and fees with you separately.
Does a concession mean I buy the beach?
No. A concession grants the use of public land for a set number of years.
